New York State’s Covered Bridges
Delaware County Historical Association Sponsors Reading & Book Signing

Visit the Delaware County Historical Association in Delhi on Saturday, April 11 at 2pm as the museum sponsors a reading and book signing by authors Trish and Bob Kane. The Kanes will give a PowerPoint presentation based on their new book, New York’s State’s Covered Bridges. Trish Kane serves as the collections curator of the Theodore Burr Covered Bridge Resource Center located in Oxford, NY.

Bob and Trish developed an interest in covered bridges in the early 1990s. Since then they have worked to get 9 of the 13 covered bridges of New York State that qualified listed in the State and National Register of Historic Places.

A question and answer period will follow the presentation, along with a chance to purchase a signed copy of their book. Refreshments served. Free and open to the public.
